Renovando la experiencia en cajeros

In 2018, Banco Santander entrusted Redsys with redesigning the interface of their ATMs, the most used in Spain. The challenge was to modernize a decade-old user experience without alienating users accustomed to the old design. I conducted market research, designed interactions, collaborated with Santander's UX team on iconography and flows, and prototyped using web technology. The solution optimized speed, prioritized cash withdrawal, and enhanced accessibility, validated through user testing.
